Bacon French Toast

  1. Heat greased skillet or griddle on medium heat.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk and sugar in pie plate until blended; stir in bacon bits.
  3. Dip bread slices, 1 at a time, in egg mixture to moisten evenly on one side.
  4. Place slices on skillet or griddle, moistened side down; spoon remaining egg mixture and bacon bits onto tops side of each slice to distribute evenly.
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
