Bacon French Toast
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
- 4 slices firm white bread
- Heat greased skillet or griddle on medium heat.
- Whisk eggs, milk and sugar in pie plate until blended; stir in bacon bits.
- Dip bread slices, 1 at a time, in egg mixture to moisten evenly on one side.
- Place slices on skillet or griddle, moistened side down; spoon remaining egg mixture and bacon bits onto tops side of each slice to distribute evenly.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides.
