Easy & Rich Pasta Carbonara
- 100 grams Pasta
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 2 Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 dash Salt
- 3 slice Bacon
- 1 Coasley ground pepper
- Mix the heavy cream, egg yolks, and the grated cheese.
- Cut the bacon into your desired width size, and stir-fry until it starts to brown.
- Add the cooked bacon to Step 1, and mix briefly.
- Start cooking the pasta.
- Add salt into plenty of boiling water.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- When cooked, remove to a sieve and drain.
- Add the freshly cooked pasta into Step 2, and mix.
- Adjust the flavour with salt.
- Serve onto a plate, and done.
- Sprinkle with pepper if you like.
