Easy & Rich Pasta Carbonara

  1. Mix the heavy cream, egg yolks, and the grated cheese.
  2. Cut the bacon into your desired width size, and stir-fry until it starts to brown.
  3. Add the cooked bacon to Step 1, and mix briefly.
  4. Start cooking the pasta.
  5. Add salt into plenty of boiling water.
  6. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  7. When cooked, remove to a sieve and drain.
  8. Add the freshly cooked pasta into Step 2, and mix.
  9. Adjust the flavour with salt.
  10. Serve onto a plate, and done.
  11. Sprinkle with pepper if you like.
