Southern style cabbage and neckbones
- 1 smoked Turkey leg
- 4 smoked pork neckbones
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Onion diced
- 3 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1 crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- 1 Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 large head of cabbage
- Put first eight ingredients in large pot, cover with water bring to a boil then summer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Cut cabbage into wedges, cut wedges, put in pot and simmer for 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender, taste broth, adjust seasoning to suit your taste.
