Chicken Sausage & Cabbage Stir-Fry
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) thin rice noodles
- 1 lb. Italian chicken sausage links, sliced
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing, divided
- 5 cups shredded savoy cabbage
- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- Prepare noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain; rinse under cold water.
- Cook and stir sausage in 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in large skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
- or until sausage is evenly browned.
- Add vegetables; cook and stir 10 min.
- or until cabbage is crisp-tender and sausage is done.
- Add noodles and remaining dressing; mix well.
- Cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
