Fast Fried Rice
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 cup frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can (6.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add crumbles and onions; cook and stir 3 min.
- Spoon burger mixture to one side of skillet.
- Add egg to other side of skillet; cook until set, stirring constantly.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cook 2 min.
- or until heated through (160 degrees F), stirring frequently.
