Shrimp Ajillo

  1. For sauce, heat garlic in oil.
  2. Add stock and hot sauce and bring to a boil.
  3. Mix corn starch and water together to make slurry.
  4. Slowly add slurry to sauce.
  5. Turn off heat.
  6. Dust shrimp with seasoning.
  7. Saute shrimp in oil.
  8. Add peppers.
  9. Add sauce to shrimp.
  10. Serve with crusty bread.
