Shrimp Ajillo
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 3 dash hot sauce
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp
- 1 tbsp carribean jerk seasoning
- 1 Red pepper julienned
- For sauce, heat garlic in oil.
- Add stock and hot sauce and bring to a boil.
- Mix corn starch and water together to make slurry.
- Slowly add slurry to sauce.
- Turn off heat.
- Dust shrimp with seasoning.
- Saute shrimp in oil.
- Add peppers.
- Add sauce to shrimp.
- Serve with crusty bread.
