Easy Instant Hot Chocolate Mix

• 4 cups powdered milk
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 3 dashes salt

1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. To make hot chocolate: For each serving, place 1/3 cup of the mix in a mug or thick glass.
4. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir well.
