Peanut Butter Banana Shakedown

• 1 12 cups cold milk
• 6 ice cubes
• 1 banana
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I use vanilla paste)

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Enjoy!
