Nut Fruit Muesli

  1. Chop the nuts, ginger and figs.
  2. In a bowl combine oats, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and nuts.
  3. Heat together the honey, coconut oil and water until reaches a boil.
  4. Pour over the dry mixture and place on pan.
  5. Spread out flat.
  6. Cook at 300F for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir granola and return to oven another 5 to 10 minutes, repeating until reaching desired crunchiness and remove from oven.
  8. Add the dried fruit, stir well and allow granola to cool.
  9. Store in airtight container.
