Blooming Berry Flowers
- 2 pkg (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 4 paper cups (5 oz/147.8 mL each)
- Flowers: large marshmallows, coloured sprinkles, coloured coconut, candies, toothpicks, plastic straws cut in half.
- DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- Pour into paper cups.
- REFRIGERATE until firm, at least 3 hours.
- CUT marshmallows into five pieces using scissors to make flower petals.
- Arrange petals in flower shape, pressing each petal tightly together.
- Press coloured sprinkles or coconut onto petals and candy for centre.
- INSERT toothpick through centre of marshmallow flowers.
- Place toothpick into straw.
- CAREFULLY peel away paper cups from jelly.
- Place on serving plate and insert flower straw in centre of pot.
