Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip
- 14 ounces, weight Artichoke Hearts, Drained, Finely Chopped
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach (Thawed, Drained)
- 3/4 cups Light Mayonnaise Or Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cups 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients and spoon into a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve with crackers and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
