Low Fat Blueberry Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in berries and lemon zest.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine yogurt and buttermilk.
  4. Mix with dry ingredients to combine.
  5. Fill lined muffin tins 2/3rds of the way full.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes.
