Sausage Fettuccine

• 1 pack fettuccine (or other pasta you like)
• 7 beef sausages, cut into pieces
• 1 onion, sliced thinly
• 2 garlic, grated
• 3 shallots, cut into small pieces
• 2 bolognese sauce
• to taste tomato & chilli sauce
• to taste salt & pepper
• 1 tablespoon Italian herbs

1. Boil the fettuccine until the softness you like.
2. Fry onion, shallot & garlic then add sausages & the other ingredients until the sausages are well-cooked.
3. Add fettuccine to the sausages.. mix them well.. your sausage fettucini is ready :D let's eat ^o^
