Sour Cream Dip / Dressing for Vegetables

• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 34 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 2 teaspoons flour
• 13 cup butter
• 1 12 cups sour cream
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 13 cup wine vinegar
• 13 teaspoon crumbled dried tarragon or 1 teaspoon snipped fresh tarragon

1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
3. Chill.
