Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe

  1. In medium sized bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger root, garlic, cumin, and the cayenne pepper.
  2. Add in the chicken to marinate, turning the pcs to coat well.
  3. Cover and chill at least 4 hrs, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove chicken with as much marinade as possible and dip into crushed cereal.
  5. Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Place chicken flesh side up.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 min.
  8. Garnish with tomatoes and parsley.
  9. Serves 4.
  10. 190 calories.
  11. Low fat and cholesterol.
