Children Will Love These Easy Hand-Rolled Sushi
- 520 grams Cooked rice
- 1 packages Chirashi-zushi mix
- 1 Fish sausage
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1 Takuan (yellow pickled daikon)
- 2 leaves Cabbage
- 2 slice Sliced cheese (or blocks)
- 1 Tempura crumbs (tenkasu)
- 4 sheets Toasted nori seaweed
- 2 Eggs
- 30 ml Milk
- 1 Soy sauce (optional)
- 1 Mayonnaise
- Add the chirashi-zushi mix to the rice.
- (Sushi rice is also fine.)
- Slice all ingredients into thin strips.
- Wrap the carrots and cabbage separately in plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 1-1 and 1/2 minutes.
- Mix the milk and egg, and prepare an omelet.
- Cut eggs into long, thin strips.
- Serve with soy sauce to taste.
- Have everyone roll their own and enjoy
