Mike's Green Chile Cream Cheese Wontons
- 2 packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese 8 oz each
- 1/2 cup Fine Diced Purple Onions & Green Onions mixed-packed
- 1 can Green Chiles 4 oz Or, best 1/2 Cup Fresh Chopped Hot Green Chiles packed
- 1 tbsp Fine Diced Fresh Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fine Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 packages Wonton Wrappers
- 1 Frying Oil
- 1 Sweet And Sour Sauce
- Mix everything in the Cream Cheese Mixture Section except Wonton Wrappers.
- Place 1 tablespoon mixture into the center of Wonton Wrapper.
- Lightly smear beaten egg around the edges of the Wonton and seal by pinching in the center as pictured.
- Fry in 2" of high heat oil until crispy.
- About 2 minutes.
- Drain and serve with any sweet and sour sauce.
