Seasonal Spring Dish - Easy New Potato and Spring Onion Quiche

  1. Layer the puff pastry, press into a pie pan, then poke several holes in the sheets with a fork.
  2. Briefly cook the new potatoes in the microwave.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190C.
  4. Chop all the ingredients into 1 cm lengths.
  5. Briefly stir-fry the onions and bacon in a frying pan and add the potatoes.
  6. Mix in the consomme powder, salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
  7. When ingredients from Step 2 are cooled off, fill the pie crust.
  8. Combine the ingredients marked with a into a bowl and pour into the pie crust.
  9. Sprinkle on some cheese and bake for 35 minutes at 190C, then serve.
