Seasonal Spring Dish - Easy New Potato and Spring Onion Quiche
- 2 Frozen puff pastry
- 1 New potatoes
- 1/2 Spring onions
- 1 large slice Bacon
- 1 tsp Consomme soup stock granules
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Milk or cream
- 1 tsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 Melting cheese (optional)
- 1 Parsley
- Layer the puff pastry, press into a pie pan, then poke several holes in the sheets with a fork.
- Briefly cook the new potatoes in the microwave.
- Preheat the oven to 190C.
- Chop all the ingredients into 1 cm lengths.
- Briefly stir-fry the onions and bacon in a frying pan and add the potatoes.
- Mix in the consomme powder, salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
- When ingredients from Step 2 are cooled off, fill the pie crust.
- Combine the ingredients marked with a into a bowl and pour into the pie crust.
- Sprinkle on some cheese and bake for 35 minutes at 190C, then serve.
