Quick 'n' Easy BBQ Beef & Rice for Two

  1. Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add meat, peppers and onions; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
  4. or until meat is done.
  5. Add barbecue sauce; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve meat mixture over rice.
