Sabzi Spinach

  1. In a saucepan, put the oil to medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, wash the green onions and chop them, also chop the garlic and the cilantro.
  3. Add everything to the oil once hot.
  4. Once everything is cooked, transparent like, add the frozen spinach and continue to cook.
  5. Turn around spinach every 5 minutes to continue to cook until it is no longer frozen.
  6. Once spinach is ready and mixed with the other vegetables, add the spices.
  7. Mix well and put the broth to stop the frying.
  8. Cook until water is almost all evaporated and turn off the stove top.
  9. Let stand for five minutes before serving.
  10. You can add shredded parmessan cheese on top if you wish.
  11. Very good recipe, healthy, light and nutricious!
  12. A good friend of mine made it for me once and I always make it since then, my kids love it with cheese on top!
