Marshmallow Filled Chocolate Cookies Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. cocoa
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 c. lowfat milk

1. Cream butter and sugar till light.
2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
3. Sift dry ingredients together and add in alternately with lowfat milk to first mix, beat till smooth.
4. Drop by level tablespoonsful onto baking sheet covered with foil.
5. Bake in warm oven at 450 degrees for 7 min.
6. Cold on racks and combine back to back with filling.
