Spinach-Ranch Dip

• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
• 1 carrot, finely grated Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
• 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow peppers
• thin multigrain snack crackers

1. Mix sour cream and dressing in medium bowl until blended.
2. Add vegetables; mix well.
3. Refrigerate several hours.
4. Serve with crackers.
