Sushi Bar Cocktail

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the cucumber with 2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Strain 3 tablespoons of the cucumber juice over ice in a shaker.
  3. Add the other ingredients and shake.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
