Creamed Chicken Enchilada Recipe

• 1 can enchilada sauce
• 1 can tomatoes & green chilies
• 2 small cans mushroom pcs
• 3 c. tomato juice

1. Boil a 5 to 6 lb.
2. hen or possibly 2 small ones.
3. Then bone it.
4. Saute/fry one large onion in a small amount of oil.
5. Add in:

enchilada sauce, tomatoes, mushroom pcs, tomato juice
