Crab and Cashew Canapes

  1. Blend the crab and cashews
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and cook for 2 minutes over low heat
  3. Pour in the cream and simmer into a thick sauce
  4. Blend in the parsley, cheese and crab
  5. place on crackers and serve while hot
  6. ENJOY
