Mexican Mug Omelette
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 slice multi-grain bread, toasted
- Whisk egg and dressing in small bowl until blended.
- Stir in tomatoes and cheese.
- Pour into microwaveable mug sprayed with cooking spray.
- Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
- or just until centre is set.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
- Serve with toast.
