Creamed Chipped Beef Chicken
- 8 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 2 1/2 Lbs.)
- 4 ounces, weight Dried Beef
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 Oz.)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
- Place dried beef evenly over bottom of pan.
- Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each chicken breast and place on top of dried beef.
- Mix can of cream of mushroom soup with sour cream and spread over top of chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, at 275F degrees for 3 hours.
- Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
- Yum!
