Chicken Marinade
- 1 cup White vinegar
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 4 Freshly squeezed oranges
- 4 Freshly squeezed lemons
- 5 Spices of your choice
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 5 Bay Leaves
- First, put your chicken in a bowl.
- Then get a separate bowl, that's what we are going to make the marinade in.
- Next, you can add in your mustard,spices, and garlic.
- If you don't like adding mustard to the marinade mixture you can rub it on the chicken after you have cleaned it.
- So, in the separate bowl you are going to add your orange and lemon juice, along with your vinegar.
- You can also add a few slice of the oranges and lemons to the marinade.
- Finally, you can pour your marinade on top of the chicken ( in a large pan ) and add more of your minced garlic and spices on top if you'd like.
- Let you chicken marinade for 5 hours.
- One little reminder, depending on how much chicken you have you might have to double or even triple your recipe.
- Now all that's left to do is throw it in the oven and enjoy!
