Sweet Potato Baby Biscuit Baby Snack

  1. Wash the sweet potato.
  2. Bake the wet sweet potato in a toaster oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn it 90 degrees, and bake for another 10 minutes.
  4. You can also boil or microwave.
  5. Mash the sweet potato with a masher.
  6. Add katakuriko, and water, and knead briefly.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F, and set the baking time for 15 minutes.
  8. In the meantime, roll the dough into bite-size balls, and lay on a sheet of parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180C / 350F, then it's done.
