Watermelon and Tomato Skewers
- 6 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 12 leaves Basil, Small
- 12 cubes Seedless Watermelon
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Coarse Sea Salt
- For each skewer, start with a tomato half, add a basil leaf and cube of watermelon then drizzle with a little bit of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of coarse sea salt.
- Note: For an extra kick, add a cube of feta cheese to each skewer.
