Chinese Style Ramen
- 12 lb chicken, cut in chunks
- 14 cup water chestnut
- 12 cup snow peas
- 13 cup bean sprouts
- 14 cup celery
- 2 -3 teaspoons oil
- oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- In frying pan, brown chicken until done.
- Add water chestnuts, snow peas, bean sprouts, celery and oil.
- Saute until vegetables are tender.
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Add seasoning packet.
- Serve vegetables over noodles and sprinkle with soy sauce.
