Tomato & Pesto Grilled Veggie Pizza
- 1 refrigerated ready-to-use unbaked pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1 cup Classico di Genoa Tomato & Pesto Pasta Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup chopped mixed grilled fresh vegetables (asparagus, mushrooms, sweet peppers, zucchini)
- 60 g goat cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place pizza crust on baking sheet; spread with pasta sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge of crust.
- Top with all remaining ingredients except basil.
- Bake 10 to 15 min.
- or until cheeses are melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with basil.
