Shrimp and Pasta Casserole

  1. Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter.
  2. Mix in flour.
  3. Add broth,clam juice,wine,cream and oregano.
  4. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in 1/4 cup parmeasean.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Melt remaining butter.Add garlic and mushrooms,cook quickly.
  8. Disgard garlic.
  9. Bring salt water to boil,cook pasta,al dente.
  10. Combine pasta with sauce,add mushrooms and shrimp.
  11. Pour into buttered 9x13 casserole.
  12. Top with remaining parmesean.
  13. Bake uncovered,375 degrees for 20-25 minutes,or until bubbly.
