Pepper Steak

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut steak into thin strips.
  3. Place 1/4 of the steak strips in center of each sheet of foil; sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
  4. Top with pepper strips; drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
  5. Bring up foil sides.
  6. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  7. Repeat to make 4 packets.
  8. Place packets on rack of grill; cover grill with lid.
  9. Grill 7 to 9 minutes or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  10. Serve over rice.
