Balsamic Sauce Recipe

  1. Put all the ingredients except the butter into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer till it is reduced by half, about 10 min.
  3. The sauce is ready when it coats the back of a spoon.
  4. Add in the optional butter and stir well.
