Grilled Sirloin on Toasted Pretzel Bread with Frisee, Tomatoes & Chive Aioli
- Chive Aioli
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Mayonnaise
- 1 cup fresh chives, minced
- 4 tsp. granulated garlic
- Sandwich Assembly
- 16 each boneless beef sirloin steaks
- 16 each pretzel sandwich rolls, split, toasted
- 1 qt. frisee
- 2 cups plum tomatoes, diced
- Chive Aioli: Combine ingredients.
- Sandwich Assembly: Grill steaks to desired doneness.
- Slice into 1-oz.
- pieces.
- Spread about 2 Tbsp.
- Chive Aioli onto top half of bun.
- Cover bottom half with 4 steak slices, 1/4 cup frisee, 2 Tbsp.
