Thin-fried Tofu Stuffed with Cabbage Tuna and Cheese

  1. Cut the usuage in half and pour hot water to drain the excess oil.
  2. Open to create pockets.
  3. Chop the cabbage into large pieces, place in a bowl, and add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Divide the mixture from Step 2 into 4 portions, pack them into the usuage pockets, and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Pan-fry without oil, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  6. When they are golden brown, cover with a lid, and steam-fry for several minutes.
