Thin-fried Tofu Stuffed with Cabbage Tuna and Cheese
- 2 Usuage (aburaage)
- 200 grams Cabbage
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 Cheese
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Cut the usuage in half and pour hot water to drain the excess oil.
- Open to create pockets.
- Chop the cabbage into large pieces, place in a bowl, and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Divide the mixture from Step 2 into 4 portions, pack them into the usuage pockets, and secure with a toothpick.
- Pan-fry without oil, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- When they are golden brown, cover with a lid, and steam-fry for several minutes.
