Mediterranean Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta until al dente; rinse and drain well.
  2. Transfer to a large salad bowl and mix with remaining salad ingredients; toss lightly.
  3. VINAIGRETTE: Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  4. Pour over salad and toss.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
  6. Cover and chill at least 2 hours up to 24 hours until serving.
