Tomato Salsa for Canning

  1. Place all ingredients in a pot on medium heat, gently stir occasionally until simmering, do not allow it to burn.
  2. When simmering well, spoon into prepared jars and place in boiling hot water pot.
  3. Process 15 minutes for pints, 20 minutes for quarts.
