Funnel Cakes

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Drop mixture through a large funnel into hot peanut or vegetable oil (365F-375F) and fry until golden.
  3. Remove to paper towels using a slotted spoon.
  4. When cool, place in a clean paper bag and shake with confectioners' sugar.
  5. Alternatively, drizzle with syrup or honey just before serving.
