Classic Reubens
- 4 slices Rye Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Thousand Island Dressing
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 4 pieces Cooked Corn Beef, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Sauerkraut
- 1.
- Heat a griddle over medium heat.
- Spray with cooking spray, and lay down 2 pieces rye bread.
- Top each piece with 1 tablespoon thousand dressing, Swiss cheese, beef, sauerkraut, and top with 2nd piece of Swiss cheese, the remaining bread.
- 2.
- Cook about 2 minutes, until bottom piece of bread is golden brown and cheese is starting to melt.
- Flip over, and cook an additional 2 minutes.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
