Classic Reubens

  2. Heat a griddle over medium heat.
  3. Spray with cooking spray, and lay down 2 pieces rye bread.
  4. Top each piece with 1 tablespoon thousand dressing, Swiss cheese, beef, sauerkraut, and top with 2nd piece of Swiss cheese, the remaining bread.

  6. Cook about 2 minutes, until bottom piece of bread is golden brown and cheese is starting to melt.
  7. Flip over, and cook an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Cut in half and enjoy!
