Skillet Meat Loaf
- 1- 1/4 cup Waffle Syrup
- 1- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 3 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1- 1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Oats (like Quaker Brand)
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard, Or You Can Squirt In Regular Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Fines Herbs
- Mix sauce by combining the waffle syrup and ketchup.
- Mix together in a large bowl the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, oats, milk and 1 cup of the sauce mixture.
- Add the Worcestershire, salt, mustard, garlic powder and herbs.
- Mix together.
- Roll mixture into balls and place in a large cast iron skillet.
- I usually make 7 large balls.
- Pour remaining sauce over all the meatloaf balls.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1-1 1/4 hours.
