Six Fruit Kabobs With Strawberry-Yogurt Dip
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt (or nondairy sour cream)
- 1 cup light mayonnaise (or tofu mayonnaise)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen)
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled & separated into sections
- 2 bananas, peeled & sliced
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled & sliced
- 6 fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup pineapple, in chunks
- FOR THE DIP: Put all the dip ingredients into a food processor or blender & process until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.
- FOR THE KABOBS: Thread chunks of fruit onto sturdy toothpicks or bamboo skewers.
- Serve kabobs with the dip & ENJOY!
