Beef, Green Beans and Corn Skillet
- 1/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing, divided
- 2 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 beef sirloin steak (1 lb./450 g), thinly sliced
- 3/4 lb. (340 g) green beans, trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. grated gingerroot
- Mix 2 Tbsp.
- dressing, barbecue sauce and crushed pepper until blended.
- Pour over meat in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat meat.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Cook and stir meat, in batches, in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 min.
- or until done.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add remaining dressing, beans and corn to skillet; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 min.
- Stir in meat, onions and ginger; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until onions are crisp-tender and meat is heated through.
