Lemon Meringue Pie Milkshake

  1. Combine the milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and lemon curd in a blender and blend for 5 seconds.
  2. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth, about 10 seconds.
  3. Top the shake with fluffy whipped cream, some lemon zest, and a pizzelle cookie, if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.
