Penuche

  1. Mix sugar, milk, Karo, butter, & salt.
  2. Cook until it forms a soft ball.
  3. Let it stand (in sink in cold water) until cool.
  4. The bottom will start to thicken first.
  5. Add vanilla & nuts.
  6. Beat.
