Mango Chutney

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Boil slowly for 2 to 3 hours or until thick.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Pour into clean sterilized jars and seal and process according to manufacturers canning instructions for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath.
  5. Store at room temperature.
