Weeknight Spaghetti
- 1 pound Ground Beef, Browned
- 1 cup Celery, Chopped
- 1 cup Onion, Chopped
- 2 cans (8 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Tomato Soup
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Barbeque Sauce
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 3 teaspoons Italian Seasoning, to taste
- 3 teaspoons Oregano, to taste
- Spaghetti Noodles
- Note: You can leave some of the ingredients out of this recipe.
- For example, I dont always have tomato soup on hand.
- I just leave it out and its still great sauce.
- I dont always have time (or Im too lazy) to chop up celery and onion, so I often leave those out, too.
- Instructions: Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.
- Add all other ingredients (except noodles) and stir.
- Simmer for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare noodles according to package.
- Pour sauce over noodles and you have a GREAT spaghetti dinner!
