SHAKE'N BAKE Hawaiian Chicken
- 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice Brand Rice
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 can (14 oz/284 mL) pineapple tidbits
- 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) chicken broth
- 4-5 boneless boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Honey Garlic Glaze Coating Mix
- COMBINE rice, ground ginger, prineapple tidbits with juice, and chicken broth in a 13 x 9 inch (2.5 L) casserole.
- COAT chicken as directed on package.
- Arrange in a single layer over rice mixture.
- Sprinkle any remaining coating mix over chicken.
- BAKE uncovered at 375F (180C) for 30 minutes.
