Chicken Tikka Masala

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients.
  2. Immerse chicken in marinade and leave in fridge for 24 hours.
  3. Heat oil in skillet until very hot.
  4. Stir fry chicken for about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove and keep warm.
  6. Fry onion and garlic until just browning.
  7. Return chicken with any remaining marinade, plus broth.
  8. Simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce is thickened.
